1) PROCEDURE ON ARRIVAL
Dear customer, the online Check-in procedure you have completed allows you to speed up the procedure for entering the residence. You will receive the Geturhotels bracelet which will allow you to immediately use our services (access to the swimming pools, use of the shuttle bus to / from the beach of “Le Saline”, use of an umbrella and two sun loungers at the same beach).
If you prefer not to take advantage of the swimming pool or the beach immediately, you can still refresh yourself at the "Bar degli Artisti", the "Bar La Corte". As indicated in the residence voucher, unless you have requested entry at 12.30 and paid the relative supplement, entry into the apartment is expected from 17.00.
Don't make us look rude, we can't make any exceptions !!!

2) LUGGAGE DEPOSIT ON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
If you have purchased this service, you will have to deliver your luggage to the reception staff upon check-in and / or check-out, who will issue you with a coupon certifying the collection.

3) STARTING PROCEDURE
The cleaning of the kitchenette, both in the case of the apartment and the villa, is at your expense and must be carried out in the following ways:
1) defrosting and subsequent cleaning of the fridge;
2) thorough cleaning of the kitchenette, plates, dishes and cookware;
3) removal and delivery of all garbage according to the instructions in point 14 "waste disposal".
If you do not wish to carry out this cleaning, you must notify our reception at least two days before departure, who will communicate the relative cost. If the customer does not clean the kitchenette perfectly, the full amount of the deposit will be retained.
The apartments and villas must be left unavoidably free by 10:00 on the day of departure. However, you can continue to use all the facilities of the Village (swimming pools, bars, beach, shuttle) for the rest of the day, using the Geturhotels bracelet and the Beach Pass received on arrival.

4) DEPOSIT
TO BE PAID EXCLUSIVELY BY CHECK OR WITH PRE-AUTHORIZATION ON A VALID CREDIT CARD (CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED).
Pre-authorization is also possible on prepaid cards and Postapay.
For the apartments of the residence the deposit is € 100.00 per apartment. For villas the deposit is € 150.00 per villa.
The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay in the absence of shortages and damage to the apartment / villa and after verification by our managers of cleaning the kitchenette and removing the trash.
Key return and security deposit: the day of departure during reception opening hours. The return of the deposit will take place only and exclusively with the return of the keys by the customer and after our representatives have verified and communicated on receipt that there were no shortages or breakages inside your apartment / villa, has been carried out the cleaning of the kitchenette and the rubbish has been removed according to the provided criteria (see point 14).
Customers who leave the apartment before 07:30, must report it to reception the day before departure.
Anyone leaving the apartment and returning the keys after 10.00 and / or failing to clean the kitchenette and / or not removing the garbage, the full amount of the deposit will be retained.

5) LINEN CHANGE AND CLEANING FOR THOSE WHO STAY 10 OR MORE NIGHTS
For those who stay for 10 or more nights, the cleaning of the apartment and the change of linen additional to the arrival will be made mid-stay.
Extra cleaning and linen changes are charged.
To facilitate this cleaning, we ask you not to leave personal items on the floor, on the beds and on the sofa. Cleaning in exchange does not include cleaning the kitchenette and washing dishes and dishes.

6) RECEPTION HOURS (tel. 334.6851735)
The reception is located at the "Borgo dei Pescatori" and is open every day at the following times: morning: from 8 am to 1 pm, afternoon: from 4 pm to 8 pm.

7) BEACH
The partner beach is that of "Le Saline" which you can reach by shuttle bus or by your own means. Arrived at the beach of "Le Saline" you will have to show the Geturhotels bracelet and the beach pass which will allow you to have 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per apartment subject to availability from the 4th row onwards.
Those who purchased the 1st, 2nd and 3rd row beach service will be assigned on arrival the
number of umbrella. This number will be shown on your beach pass.

8) PETS
Only small pets are allowed in the apartment / villa. For small size we mean weighing less than 15 kg. If the reception staff ascertain the presence of animals larger than that allowed, the management is deemed authorized as of now to remove the customers and the animal from the apartment / villa without any reimbursement and without being charged to the management itself. any kind of responsibility.
Animals are not allowed in the swimming pool, on the beach and in the restaurant.
Access to common open areas for pets is allowed only if they are wearing a muzzle and leash. Owners are recommended to bring the necessary kit for collecting feces.

9) SPEED LIMIT
For your safety and that of your children, please respect the speed limit within the village, set at 30 km per hour and always proceed with the utmost care.

10) CIRCULATION AND PARKING
It is absolutely forbidden to move and park with your own vehicles above the gardens or on the pedestrian paths.
The management reserves the right to proceed immediately and without notice to the removal of the vehicles at the owner's expense as well as charging for damages. The paths are pedestrian only therefore the use of bicycles, skates and motor vehicles is not allowed.

11) TIME OF SILENCE
In order to ensure you and your neighbors of the apartment the tranquility and relaxation typical of a holiday, we invite you between 24:00 and 08:00 and between 14:00 and 16:00 to observe with the utmost attention the time of silence.
We inform you that the village has a security service.

12) WATER RATIONING
For reasons that do not depend on our will (scheduled rationing by the consortium supplier), we advise that it is possible to experience a lack of water in the apartment / villa during the night and precisely between 01:00 and 07 : 00 in the morning.

13) TV SIGNAL RECEPTION
Due to the location of the village (proximity to Corsica and Spain and consequent signal overlaps and electromagnetic waves), signal reception may not always be clear. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, but this situation does not depend on our will and is in any case temporary.

14) WASTE DISPOSAL
In order to help us maintain the order and cleanliness of the village, in line with the municipal directives linked to the "Stintino, we want you clean" project, guests are invited to carry out the waste sorting in the apartment / villa.
The differentiation criteria are indicated in this brochure on pp. II and III.
Inside the apartment / villa you will find the following containers:
- GRAY container for UNDIFFERENTIATED DRY waste;
- BROWN container for WET waste;
- BLUE container for GLASS, ALUMINUM and CANS;
The CARD must be given separately in a separate transparent bag.
The PLASTIC must be delivered separately in a separate transparent bag.
The transfer of all the differentiated waste must take place in the appropriate ecological island, located in front of the Artists' swimming pool FROM 07:00 to 11:00 and FROM 17:00 to 21:00 EVERY DAY.
The transfer is supervised by the collection staff, therefore non-compliant waste will be rejected. The same staff is available for any information on the methods of conferment.
Guests are invited to carefully read the information contained in this brochure, in the further directives displayed at the reception and / or in the apartment / villa and near the collection area, as well as carefully observe the differentiation and conferment criteria.
It is strictly forbidden to deposit garbage along the paths, near the waste bins, in the gardens or in front of the apartments.
The ecological island is guarded by cameras.
Those who do not comply with the aforementioned indications will be withheld the full amount of the deposit.

15) PRECAUTIONS FOR YOUR SAFETY
In order to avoid damage to people and things caused by the wind, please adhere to the following rules:
1) overturn the table and chairs on the terrace every evening before you go to bed;
2) It is forbidden to place your own umbrellas on the terrace of the apartment.
3) The use of grills and barbecues is prohibited.

16) FURNITURE, EQUIPMENT AND LINEN
Inside your apartment / villa there is a list of furnishings, equipment and linens with relative prices that we invite you to check upon entering.
Any shortages / breakages will be charged at check-out.
The displacement and / or improper use of such furnishings, equipment and linens in other apartments / villas is strictly prohibited, under penalty of being charged for the same.

17) TIMED AIR CONDITIONING
For those who have opted for an apartment / villa with air conditioning, we inform you that, in compliance with current regulations in terms of reducing electricity consumption and emissions into the atmosphere, air conditioning can be used during the hours from 12.00 to 16.00 and from 20.00 to 24.00.
Please organize the cooling of the rooms at the times indicated above.
At other times, the air cannot be used because the air conditioner does not turn on.
